We hope you will take the terms and conditions of booking in the spirit in which they are intended, that is to ensure the high standard and quality of the accommodation is maintained and, whenever possible, improved. We sincerely hope you have a most enjoyable holiday at Bron-Y-Wendon.
Arrival/Departure: Please arrive at the cottage after 4.00pm and leave on the day of your departure before 10.00am.
Payment: A deposit of £100 per week confirms your holiday booking. Payment of any balance of the total cost of the holiday will be due two calendar months before the commencement of the holiday. An invoice will be sent to you for the outstanding amount. Please note if booking two calendar months or less before the commencement of your holiday please return full payment with the booking form. Customers paying by credit card over the telephone are bound by all booking conditions.
Cancellations: If you find it necessary to cancel, please telephone Bron-Y-Wendon immediately and then confirm your cancellation, with reasons, in writing within four days of your call. Bron-Y-Wendon will endeavour to re-let the cottage. In the event of a re-let, a refund of any payment less a handling charge of £50 per week will be given. If the cottage is not re-let then, unfortunately full payment is still due.
General: All statements made by Bron-Y-Wendon are in the honest belief that the facts are correct at the time of going to print. However, facilities may be altered or withdrawn and Bron-Y-Wendon cannot be held liable for this. A representative of Bron-Y-Wendon is to be allowed access to the cottages at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy. Bron-Y-Wendon cannot in any circumstances accept responsibility for loss of life, personal injury, loss, damage or accident to personal property. We recommend you take out appropriate insurance to cover both yourself, others in your party and personal belongings. Details of an appropriate insurance policy are available from ourselves.
Responsibility of the holidaymaker: The number of persons using the cottage is not to exceed the maximum stated in the brochure and as notified to Bron-Y-Wendon on the holiday booking form. Holidaymakers are responsible for leaving the cottage in a clean and tidy state and will be responsible for any damage, breakages or loss. Holidaymakers are liable for any damage caused by their pets. A maximum of two pets is permitted if kept under proper control. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and owners are asked to remove all traces of pet hairs etc. before leaving.
We reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning both inside and outside the premises made necessary by the presence of yourselves or your pet(s).
